The following Payment & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all clients and customers of products, programmes, services, and projects, and describes how your payments are made to True Connections Branding (“TCB”, “I”, “me” or “my”) in connection with my website, www.monikadeneef.com, (“MDN Site”).

By buying my products and using my services, in any form, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions for payments and refunds described in this Policy, as may be amended from time to time. The latest version of this Policy is mentioned above.

 

All prices and availability of sessions, products, programmes, and automation projects are subject to change without notice.

For New Zealand clients, payment is made in New Zealand dollars and the current % VAT will be added.

For overseas clients, payment is made in US dollars including tax.

All payments made by you to TCB are subject to TCB’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy & Cookies Policy, and Earnings & Testimonials Disclaimer.

One-on-one sessions

Any one-on-one session mentioned on the MDN Site is to be paid upfront and is non-refundable. In case of a waiting list, a deposit of 20% is required.

If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your session may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.

Because this time is reserved for you and no other clients can book an appointment on such short notice, you are responsible for full payment for any session cancelled, missed, or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment.

Digital Products

All purchases of products, including but not limited to e-books, audio books, meditations, audio guides, mini-courses, and mini-workshops mentioned on the MDN Site are to be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable, as mentioned on the relevant sales pages on the Site.
If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Not sure if a particular product is right for you? I provide detailed information about each of my products. Please take all the time you need to familiarise yourself with my products, so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not to purchase.

Self-study and group programmes, and mentoring programmes

All enrolments in self-study programmes, group programmes, and mentoring programmes are to be paid either upfront or in instalments, as mentioned in the relevant offer. In the case of the intention to enrol, but the need to organise the required payment or first instalment, a deposit of 20% is required.

If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your programme may be suspended automatically. 

When instalments aren’t paid on time, your programme may be suspended automatically.

I offer a 30-day money back guarantee. All refunds will be credited back through the same manner.

Automation Projects

All purchases of automation projects are to be paid either upfront, as a monthly subscription, or in project instalments of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, as mentioned in the relevant customised proposal. Automation projects are non-refundable. In the case of a waiting list or the intention to enrol but the need to organise the required payment or first instalment, a deposit of 20% is required.

If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your project may be suspended automatically. 

When instalments aren’t paid on time, your project may be suspended automatically.

Not sure if a particular automation project is right for you? I provide an intake questionnaire and a detailed customised proposal for each of my automation projects. Please take all the time you need to familiarise yourself with my automation services mentioned on my MDN Site, so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not to apply.
