Introduction

The following Payment & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all clients and customers of products, programmes, services, and projects, and describes how your payments are made to Authentic in Business (“AIB”, “I”, “me” or “my”) in connection with my website, www.monikadeneef.com, (“MDN Site”) or other sites owned by AIB.

By buying my products and using my services, in any form, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions for payments and refunds described in this Policy, as may be amended from time to time. The latest version of this Policy is mentioned above.

All prices and availability of sessions, products, programmes, and automation projects are subject to change without notice.

For digital guides, templates, online courses, workshops and group programmes, payment is made in US dollars including tax.

For New Zealand coaching clients, payment is made in New Zealand dollars and the current % GST (VAT) will be added.

For overseas coaching clients, payment is made in US dollars including tax.

All payments made by you to AIB are subject to AIB’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy & Cookies Policy, and Earnings & Testimonials Disclaimer.

One-on-one sessions

Any one-on-one session, as a stand-alone session or as part of a coaching programme, mentioned on the MDN Site is to be paid upfront by either bank transfer or credit card and is non-refundable. Payment in instalments is only allowed when offered and described in a written agreement.

In case of a waiting list or if you want to guarantee space in my calendar for your session(s), a deposit of 20% is required.

If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your session may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance, unless other written agreements have been made.

Because this time is reserved for you and no other clients can book an appointment on such short notice, you are responsible for full payment for any session cancelled, missed, or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, unless other written agreements have been made.

 Digital Products

All purchases of products, including but not limited to e-books, audio books, meditations, audio guides, templates, mini-courses, and mini-workshops mentioned on the MDN Site are to be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable, as mentioned on the relevant sales pages on the Site.

If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Self-study and group programmes, and mentoring programmes

All enrolments in self-study programmes, group programmes, and mentoring programmes are to be paid either upfront or in instalments, as mentioned in the relevant offer.

In the case of the intention to enrol, but the need to organise the required payment or first instalment, a deposit of 20% is required to secure and guarantee your spot.

If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your programme may be suspended automatically. 

When instalments aren’t paid on time, your programme may be suspended automatically.

I offer a 30-day money back guarantee. All refunds will be credited back through the same manner. After that period, any outstanding instalment must be paid on time until the entire amount has been paid.

Automation, Design & Copywriting Projects

All purchases of automation, design, and copywriting projects, either as a stand-alone project or as part of my Enchanting Brand Strategy or Enchanting Brand Journey programmes, are to be paid either upfront, as a monthly subscription, or in project instalments of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, as mentioned in the relevant customised proposal.

Automation, design and copywriting projects are non-refundable.

In the case of a waiting list or the intention to enrol but the need to organise the required payment or first instalment, a deposit of 20% is required.

If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your project may be suspended automatically. 

When instalments aren’t paid on time, your project may be suspended automatically.

Not sure if a particular project is right for you? I provide an intake questionnaire and a detailed customised proposal for each of my automation, design, and copywriting projects by myself and/or by my partners. Please take all the time you need to familiarise yourself with my automation, design, and copywriting services mentioned on my MDN Site or other sites that I own, so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not to apply.

If you would like to discuss the strategy of your project in more detail first, you’ll be charged the current fee for a strategy session. If you then decide to hire me for your project, you’ll receive a discount equal to the fee for the strategy session.

Changes to this page

This Payment & Refund Policy was last amended on the date stated at the top of the policy. I’ll make changes to this page, as soon as one or more of my policies and disclaimer gets changed or in the case of advancing insights.
